Actully i graduated in 74 1/2,I had enough credits and only had to take english and history in my senior year.I joined the army in may of 75 on the delayed entry program at Darby barracks in Furth.I joined with Jeff Tillman and went to Ft.Jackson for basic.Jeff got out half way through because of an old leg injury.Anyways i was in Nurnberg from 72 untill 75 ,One of my best friends Andy Havner married my sister Sherry and he retired from the army several years ago.I have been trying to find a friend of mine ,his name was Rudy Montiana,or montoya he was a big Chickono last i heard he was an MP in the Mariens and that has been 20 years ago.Can you help me locate him? Dan, What a Phenomenal job you've done! I graduated from Eisenhower HS in Lawton OK in 83 but attended NHS in 78-79 as an 7th and 8th grader. I stumbled upon your site about 4 days ago (20, Nov 09) and have been looking through the yearbooks you’ve put on this site and has it ever brought back some really great memories of Germany and friends that I haven't thought about in more years than I care to admit. Hi and thanks for this site! I went to NAHS in 72-73 then to Ansbach when they opened. Loved Mr. Wilson and was lucky to get him over Mr. Bidlen(sp?). He was famous for never missing the chalk into the trashcan, waking people up, and his reaction to forbidden phrases (-such as "rise over run", "cross-multiply", and "cancel out"). My favorite teacher of all time. Going to look at the pics and yerbook now! Thanks again!!

Dan, Thank you SO much for doing this. I only attended NJHS from 70-73 for junior high, but my heart found a home there. I lost my yearbooks in a fire about 13 years ago and have missed them terribly. All of the signatures and sayings are lost forever but being able to see the pictures again brought back many, many happy memories. I will officially join the Alumni Association because of YOU and all your work! I will also purchase your CD's if possible. Thanks again for all of your time and effort. Debbie

Dan, Thank you for taking the time, effort, and love in making this site. I attended NHS 1977-1979 and loved every minute there. I always wished that my father had 1 more in year Germany so I could have graduated from NHS. The only thing in my life I would change. Looking through pages of the yearbooks I saw myself, very weird feeling and experienced a flood of memories. So, thank you once again. Dave

Very nice site. I attended Nurnberg American High School from about 1971 to December of 1974 (Jr High). Looking forward to see if I am somewhere in the 1973 Yearbook when it gets published on your site. Searching for membesr of your group whose Dad may have worked for the 511th Military Intelligence Company, in Fuerth, Germany aka Furth during the late 60s and early 70s. Came across your site a couple of years ago. Enjoyed looking at the yearbooks from 1966 and 1967. Those were the only two years I was at NHS. Played soccer for coach Zucchetti in 1967 and lived in the Dorm. Thanx for preserving a memorable segment of our lives and making these annuals available on the web. PS. I think what you have done is great. was a student at NHS but lived in Bamberg Ger. in 1969. Loved it and have many wonderful memories. of our School during that time.I am in that pink annual, a junior and am on the Basketball team with Alford, allison, and Brown.
